The Human Resource Executive (Onboarding) will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new employees in Jerudong Park Medical Centre. This role involves coordinating pre-onboarding activities, facilitating the first day of reporting, and ensuring a smooth transition until the end of the probation period. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to create a welcoming and supportive environment for new hires

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on onboarding and employee experience.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Empathetic and supportive approach to employee relations.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation, training, and orientation are completed.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs that enhance the new hire experience, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment.
  • Ensure all activities comply with hospital standards and policies.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of new hires, including offer letters, contracts, personal information, and compliance documents.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Work closely with department heads to ensure positive onboarding experience.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from new hires to continuously improve the onboarding process.
  • Provide ongoing support to new employees during their initial period, addressing any questions or concerns.
