Job Summary
Assist the Storekeeper for the day-to-day movement of inventory items.
Professional Requirements
- A minimum of two (2) to three (3) years working experience in warehouse of inventory environment.
Educational Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) 'O' Levels in English, Science and Mathematics is required.
- Candidates with equivalent qualification through education and/or experience may be considered for assignment to this positon.
Principles Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive and check deliveries of goods to Material Management Department.
- To perform dispatching and receiving of goods in MMD store and relevant departments.
- Ensure safe and secure storage of goods in MMD stores.
- Monitor and check stock levels of inventory stocks.
- Ensure correct labelling of stocks and storage locations are updated in the system for easy tracking and retrieval of stocks.
- Participate in department’s stock take when required to ensure inventory controls are in order.
- Any adhoc duties given by supervisor/HOD.
