Promotion Terms
Terms & Conditions
- Promotion period is from 1st October 2024 to 30th November 2024 redeemable until 13th December 2024
- An appointment is required to redeem the Post Menopausal Screening Promotion.
- One-time registration fee of BND 10 is required for new patients to JPMC.
- Patient is required to fast at least 12 hours prior to appointment for Post Menopausal Screening promotion.
- Patients are advised to arrive 30 minutes prior to appointment.
- Patients will receive a meal voucher, 1 day single entry gym pass and 20% discount pharmacy (OTC items) vouchers during their first visit appointment.
- Package inclusions are non-exchangeable with other services and any unutilized tests or services are non-refundable or will not be entitled to any further discount.
- Additional tests may be recommended based on clinical judgement of our doctors upon screening or medical examination which will be charged accordingly.
- To ensure the SurePath Pap test is the most effective, the patient should avoid any sexual intercourse for 3 days.
- For Audiogram service, it is advisable to avoid being exposed to loud extreme noise 14 hours prior to the appointment. The Audiogram test will be conducted at the Wellness Clinic, Level 1.
- The decision by JPMC on all matters relating to the promotion is final, binding and conclusive and no correspondences will be entertained.
