Datin Dr Noraslinah Hj Ramlee

About The Doctor
Datin Dr Noraslinah is a Consultant Physician and Head of the Early Detection and Cancer Prevention (EDCP) Services at The Brunei Cancer Centre, JPMC. She trained in the UK, and Malaysia and had undergone various attachments for cancer prevention and screening at MD Anderson Cancer Centre and Mayo Clinic in the US.
With nearly 20 years of experience in Primary Health Care under the Ministry of Health, she established Brunei’s first dedicated cancer screening and prevention center (EDCP) in 2019, working closely with the Ministry of Health in promoting and supporting national health initiatives. Her work focuses on cancer education, genetic screening, early detection and supporting national health screening programs.
Datin Dr Noraslinah was a member of the Postgraduate Training Committee for the Department of Health Services, Ministry of Health, and past Examiner for the Royal College of General Practitioners (International) Examinations. She is Deputy Chair for the Medical Social Fund Committee. Her key interests are in health literacy on cancer prevention, non-communicable diseases awareness and in fostering international collaborations.
