General Information

Dr Sunil Upadhyaya is a Consultant Neurosurgeon with more than 15 years of Neurosurgical experience. He’s actively involved in treating a full spectrum of Neurosurgical cases (Complex brain and Complex spine cases). As an academician, he has been credited with a large number of national and international publications in leading peer reviewed medical journals. He has been an author for a few chapters of national and international books. He has presented papers and posters on various national and international forums. He has performed more than a thousand surgeries in the field of General surgery and more than 4000 cases in the field of Neurosurgery. He is highly specialised in Endoscopic brain surgeries and minimally invasive spine surgeries, esp. XLIF, navigation assisted spine instrumentation. He believes in a patient-centered holistic approach and practise evidence based treatment, utilising both conventional and minimally invasive techniques with the state of the art surgical technology, should surgery be required. He has been awarded first prize in neuroendoscopy skills training in 2014, AIIMS (All India Institute Medical Sciences, New Delhi).
