With the Holy Month of Ramadhan just around the corner, Pantai Jerudong Specialist Centre (PJSC) and Jerudong Park Medical Centre (JPMC) organized a cemetery cleaning campaign last Friday, 9th April 2021 at two cemeteries, “Tanah Perkuburan Islam Jelutong Lampong” and “Tanah Perkuburan Islam Polo” in Kampong Jerudong. Volunteers were from both PJSC and JPMC.

Leading the campaign at Tanah Perkuburan Islam Polo was Dr Haji Mazrul Adimin bin Haji Awang Besar, Executive Director of PJSC while Tanah Perkuburan Islam Jelutong Lampong was led by Dr. Muhammad Hiza Wardy bin Hj Abd Halim, Deputy Medical Director of JPMC.

Also present was Pemangku Ketua Kampong Jerudong B, Awang Kamis bin Panjang, Majlis Perundingan Kampung B, Persatuan Warisan Kedayan Jerudong, Persatuan Serbaguna Koperasi Buhor (PSKB), and villagers within Jerudong.

The activity was organized as part of the healthcare’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiative which aims to foster sense of positivity among staffs and to contribute back to the community.
