Please read all the terms and conditions that apply to the sale of this vehicle conducted by Jerudong Park Medical Centre. By participating in this bid, the tenderer agrees to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Tenderers must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of bid submission. Participation is open to individuals who are citizens and permanent residents of Brunei Darussalam, and foreign nationals holding valid employment pass issued by authorities in Brunei Darussalam.

2. Jerudong Park Medical Centre reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify tenderer’s compliance with the above criteria. Failure to provide the documentation upon request may result in disqualification.

3. This sale is sold by tender on an “as is where is” basis without warranty of any kind from Jerudong Park Medical Centre. All tenderers are strongly recommended to inspect the vehicle(s) only during the agreed schedule and obtain necessary information prior to submitting any tender bid(s). Jerudong Park Medical Centre is not liable for any issues that may arise with the post-sale vehicle, including its subsequent use by the successful tenderer.

4. For multiple bids made by tenderer, Jerudong Park Medical Centre shall be entitled to accept the highest bid made regardless of the date of the submitted bid unless it has been notified for cancellation by the tenderer before the closing date of the tender.

5. All bids received by Jerudong Park Medical Centre are final and any requests for confirmation or clarifications on the bids received will not be entertained.

6. Only the successful tenderer will be notified by Jerudong Park Medical Centre via the contact details provided. Jerudong Park Medical Centre shall bear no responsibility for any failure of the tenderers in receiving notification due to incorrect contact information.

7. Successful tenderer must collect the award letter from Materials Management Department and make full payment to the Finance Department within three (3) working days after being informed of the tendered bid outcome. Failure to do so, Jerudong Park Medical Centre will treat this tender bid as duly withdrawn/declined and an offer will be made to the next highest valid tenderer.

8. Details of payment will be provided in the award letter issued based on the payment mode selected by the successful tenderer. An official receipt will be provided by Finance Department as evidence of payment.

9. Successful tenderer to contact Transportation Unit, Jerudong Park Medical Centre on arrangement for vehicle collection within ten (10) working days from the date of full payment to Jerudong Park Medical Centre.

10. The successful tenderer to initiate the transfer of vehicle ownership with Transportation Unit, Jerudong Park Medical Centre. The successful tenderer is solely responsible for the transfer process with the relevant authority at its own cost. Jerudong Park Medical Centre shall not be liable for any delays or penalties arising from the ownership transfer.

11. Jerudong Park Medical Centre shall bear no responsibility or liability for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to causes beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to failure of utility service or transport network, system failures, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions or other Force Majeure Event.
