We value every piece of feedback and are committed to responding promptly. All feedback will be acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt, and concerns will be reviewed and addressed in a timely, appropriate, and respectful manner.

JPMC and the Joint Commission International (JCI) are committed to promoting the quality and safety of patient care. Patients and families are encouraged to raise concerns through the hospital’s established feedback and grievance channels. Where appropriate, concerns may also be shared through the JCI Patient Safety Reporting Process as an additional avenue for patient safety concerns.
