General Information
Dr Raj is an Interventional Cardiologist with over 25 years of clinical experience across the United Kingdom, India, and Brunei. His clinical interests focus on complex coronary intervention, Drug-Coated Balloon angioplasty, intravascular imaging-guided PCI, and the development of advanced interventional programmes.
Alongside his clinical work, Dr Rajagopal is actively involved in medical education, research, and leadership. He holds an academic appointment as Adjunct Senior Associate Professor at the PAPRSB Institute of Health Sciences, UBD, and has led structured fellowship and training programmes for cardiologists from across the region. He has published in peer-reviewed international journals, serves as a journal reviewer, and is a regular invited faculty member and live-case operator at regional and international cardiology conferences.
