He currently serves as Consultant Radiation Oncologist and Head of the Radiotherapy Department at The Brunei Cancer Centre (TBCC), Pantai Jerudong Specialist Centre, where he leads a dedicated team providing state-of-the-art cancer treatment.

Dr. Justin obtained his MBBS in 1990 and subsequently completed his MD in Radiation Oncology in 1997 in India, building a strong academic foundation in oncology.
