2. There is a non-refundable tender fee of BND 200.00 for each tender. Payment shall be made through online transaction only. For payment details, please email to [email protected].
3. Upon payment verification, an official receipt and the corresponding Tender Document(s) shall be provided through email.
4. All Documents submitted must be password protected.
5. All documents should rename into the date submission of the tender “ddmmyyyy” (ie 291021)
6. Tender submissions shall be upload to this Link. (PRESS HERE) Please put the first name as your Company name and the last name as the tender reference number (ie. JPMC-PD-TEN-21-018, please subsitute the / into – )
7. The password of the documentation should be email only to [email protected]. Please put the subject of the email as “company name – tender reference number – uploaded file name” (SONY-JPMC-PD-TEN-21-018-291021)
8. Tenders shall be submitted using tender forms provided. Any tender delivered after the stipulated time, for whatever reason arising will be disqualified and will not be entertained.
9. Only successful tenderers shall be informed on the outcome of the Tender.
