4th December 2025 – Jerudong Park Medical Centre (JPMC) marked a significant milestone in modern dental care with the official launch of its latest Computer Aided-Design/Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAD/CAM) system and Clear Aligner treatment service unveiled during the Launching Event “Evolving Smiles: The Power of Digital Dentistry” held at the PJSC Building of JPMC.

The event was graced by the Guest of Honour, Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Dr. Hj Mohd Isham bin Hj Jaafar, Minister of Health, in his capacity as Chairman and Executive Director of JPMC. The programme began with the recital of Doa, followed by the welcoming remarks by Dr Ravi Pai, Head of Dental Department of JPMC.

“Digital dentistry is empowering both clinicians and patients alike. Whether it’s creating perfect restorations with a simple click or offering patients a virtually invisible orthodontic treatment, these innovations are enhancing treatment outcomes and transforming the way we care for our patients,” said Dr. Ravi Pai.

JPMC introduced its enhanced digital dentistry services, with trained specialists, upgraded CAD/CAM system which integrates precise digital scanning, advanced computer-aided design, high-accuracy milling, and 3D printing. For patients, this means improved accuracy in restorations such as crowns, veneers, bridges and implants, along with more convenient orthodontic options, all designed to create a smoother, more comfortable dental experience.

JPMC also announced the introduction of Invisalign, a clear aligner treatment service, offering modern, comfortable, and discreet orthodontic solution supported by digital treatment planning. With two Invisalign certified Orthodontists, the hospital delivers personalised aligner treatment guided by internationally recognised expertise, giving patients a convenient.

The evening also featured two presentations:
