13 October 2025 – Jerudong Park Medical Centre (JPMC) celebrated the World Pharmacy Day 2025 today at the PJSC Building’s Lecture Theatre, bringing together healthcare professionals, stakeholders, and invited guests to honour the vital role of pharmacy in advancing health and wellbeing.

Organised by the Pharmacy Department of JPMC, the event was held under the theme ‘Think Health, Think Pharmacy’, the event commenced, by the arrival of the Guest of Honour, Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Dr Haji Mohd Isham bin Haji Jaafar, Minister of Health, in his capacity as Chairman and Executive Director of JPMC.

The programme began with a recital of Doa, setting a reflective tone for the morning. This was followed by welcoming remarks from Ms Stephanie Lee, JPMC Pharmacy Manager. [see attached speech]

World Pharmacy Day serves as a reminder of the indispensable contributions of pharmacists and pharmacy teams in ensuring safe, effective, and accessible healthcare for all. JPMC remains committed to supporting the pharmacy profession and fostering continuous improvement in patient outcomes.
