11 January 2021 – Jerudong Park Medical Centre (JPMC) and Go Rush signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to appoint the local courier company to deliver medication prescriptions from the JPMC Pharmacy.
Signing on behalf of JPMC was Ms. Zauyah Md Tarmizi, Chief Operating Officer, while General Manager, Mr. Danny Chua represented Go Rush. The signing ceremony were witnessed by Mr. Dennis Kong, Administrative Manager of JPMC and Mr. Yee Chun Leong, Marketing Officer of Go Rush.
This service aims to provide convenience to our patients receiving monthly supplies of medication the option to skip queues at JPMC and avoid searching for parking space. Furthermore, the service aims to make pharmacy services more efficient.

All medication can be delivered through this service with the exclusion of controlled drugs and psychotropics.
There are two types of delivery are on offer: Standard (2-3 days delivery) and Express (same day delivery). Deliveries can be made to Brunei-Muara, Tutong, and Belait districts excluding remote areas.
The standard charge is a flat rate of $3 for each delivery within Brunei-Muara and $7 for interdistrict. As for express delivery, it is only available for Brunei-Muara at a charge of $5.
Medications will be packed by JPMC Pharmacy Department in biodegradable tamper-proof sealed bags.
